Mr Schlötterer joined mic AG in 2009. His responsibilities include looking after portfolio companies, particularly in the fields of optics and microsystems technology, assessing incoming investment proposals, and dealing with special assignments.

He has previously worked for an automobile manufacturer, and an audit and tax firm. Mr. Schlötterer studied business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, with a focus on innovation management, production management and controlling. In his work he also benefits from several months spent abroad as well as many years of experience as a youth group leader.
